The Role
Enjoyed a lot. The atmosphere, the team, the organization of the whole process during 10 weeks...
I felt valued by all my colleagues, whatever their level of seniority was
You have support and guidance when you ask for them, my buddy was very keen to provide help and guidance, so did my mentor. other stakeholders should have done the same or shown more involvement
a balance between "having enough things to do to learn the basics" and "not being busy all the time as would have been the case if it were not the summer period"
Responsibility is a result of what you deserve but is also driven by the workload
very insightful experience
