The Role
Had a really good time throughout the entire placement. Not a bad word to say about the whole experience.
Within days felt fully integrated into team. Was regularly being asked my opinions etc in meetings.
Had one to one meetings with my line manager every week. Fully supportive of me.
Fairly busy on a daily basis, with weekly targets to meet.
My work was being fed into the development of a three year strategic growth plan. So much more responsibility than I could have imagined.
I have learnt various skills that will serve me well for the rest of my career.
The Company
Really fun and social office.
Really well set up. Accomodation provided. Training courses etc.
Presentation training and assessments. Also had an individual performance contract throughout.
Company Car
Company Parties/Events
I have got a job with them starting next September. All interns were assessed throughout.
The Culture
Shared accomodation with the other interns. Lots of socialising.
Free accomodation provided by employer and generally cheap living on location.
Busy amd active night life.
Yes plenty of charity and team building events throughout. Including charity challenge.
