The Role
Enterprise has been an eye opening experience. I was given lots of responsibility and really enjoyed the fast paced environment. The team were all very supportive; were attentive and helped me in any way they could. I would recommend this internship for anyone who would like to improve their confidence and sales.
Some of the team were very friendly and made sure that I felt comfortable with the job role and everything it entails. They made me feel welcome and part of the team. I am planning on continuing to build the relationship on my part time job from October.
I was given a lot of support by my assistant managers, my manager was often busy and so struggled to find time. However other members were more than willing to help and supported me.
Very busy, usually worked 13 hours a day 7 days a week.
I lot, I was often in the branch on my own and was expected to perform all of the tasks
The skills I have learned have become invaluable and I will use them throughout my studies and beyond
The Company
Frantic, busy, but fun!
The recruitment team were very organised. The branch less so
They invested a lot
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
High prospects as all employees are expected and pushed to progress regularly
The Culture
There was a great social scene amongst the team, we often would meet up after work to socialise.
Durham is quite expensive in certain areas, however as a student I often know the places that are within the budget.
Durham nightlife is good and Newcastle is only a 10 minute train journey away. Lots of places to go out.
There was an area night out, and marketing opportunities.
