The Role
Absolutely loved my work placement. It was amazing! I loved every part of it and there was not a part that I didn't enjoy. It was a really good experience.
Our branch was like a family and we all valued each other
I was able to ask questions whenever I needed and the support I received was fantastic
This all depends on how busy the branch was but there was rarely a day where I wasn't busy and there was a good balance between everything
Lots of responsibility was given and I also had a presentation I could do about employee retention which was good as it gave me the freedom to do more for the company
I learnt so much and I believe it will help me so much
The Company
Quite literally the fun never stopped!
Well organized but confusion regarding the pay
Lots of investment to the brand and the employees to ensure consistent and regular training
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Amazing!
The Culture
Yes. We are all of the similar ages so we would meet up outside of work which is good as we all became really close.
Cheap as I didn't have far to travel
