  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • Had a great time. Incredibly beneficial and glad I carried it out.

    • Everyone one is so welcoming, you really are made to feel just like a real Baker employee throughout your time here.

    • The recruitment team, my supervisor and my buddy provided any guidance or support if needed.

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • Given a great deal and information from first hand sources on what life would/ is like once you join as a trainee. Lunch and learn event carried out with current trainees. My supervisor was lovely and super helpful, incredibly approachable and answered all my queries.

    • Given a professional induction alongside other students who were carrying out work experience. Assigned a trainee buddy and a supervisor who you would carry out your work experience with.

    • Very friendly and relaxed.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • Developed and built upon current skills, however do not expect them to invest much in to me if I am only here for a week.

    • Only here a week, but I feel I got a feel of what it would be like!

    • Very well.

    • Gave me a good insight into what work would be carried out on a day to day basis as a Lawyer within this department, but I imagine the Vac schemes are better for this!

    • Just work experience so not expected to!

    • Yes, lunches, coffee's etc.

    • In the short time I was here, the ones I attended were great and very well organised.

    • I am sure there are plenty, however not relevant to me.
