The Role
Good social and work life.
Got a lot of responsibility and genuinely undertook projects which added value to the business.
I had a manager, and supervisor so between these 2, I was supported throughout my placement to make sure I was able to get the most out of it.
Busy, I had a project which needed to be completed in the 10 weeks as well as took part in events for charity and other jobs which arose.
I was given a high degree of autonomy and independence to make an impact and this made me more confident in being able to handle responsibility.
A lot of skills were developed by myself in particular my ability to solve complex issues, as well as showing a strong work ethic to overcome problems I faced.
The Company
okay, wasnt as vibrant as other places I have worked but I was able to enjoy a good camraderie with my team.
Excellent. Kept busy and always had something to do.
We had training courses such as one which enabled us tod evelop our ability to present to others in a professional manner.

The Culture
There were 40 other interns all living together in the Brunel University halls provided by Centrica and this emant we were able to generate a good social scene with something to do every night. This is the aspect I miss the most.
London is expensive but Uxbridge certainly doesnt have the prices of central london so not too expensive.
Absolutely fantastic due to the fact that there were so many of us together.
Yes but through socialising and doing things with other interns.
