The Role
An incredible experience at one of the BEST companies in the world. There is a fantastic early in career community between Apprentices, Interns and Graduates with regular social and work events to help you meet others. The process from application through to interview is also well communicated making for the best start.
Always a valued contributor to your team. You will have real responsibility from day one where both your manager and assigned buddy will run you up to speed. Throughout the year you'll also have opportunities to represent your team in certain specialist areas allowing you to be the go to person.
The Early in Careers team are dedicated to ensure you have a tailored experience throughout. They are readily available throughout and will always look out for your best interest whether it be work or social issues. Your manger is also an easy and very apprpachable point of contact to answer any questions you might have.
Perfect balance with freedom to work from home
Much of this is role dependant, but no matter the job you are given full responsibility and autonomy from day 1 - you could even be managing your own customers within months! You will also have the opportunity to champion certain specialist areas to help your team as the year goes on.
