The Role
Thoroughly!
Very valued, they have included me in everything.
A lot of support - the issue was that I should be asking for more.
A little too busy - but this was because of holidays.
I was surprised by how much!
I asked if I could experience and learn computational fluid dynamic modelling and they offered my a project with it. Very lucky
The Company
Positive and very social. Honestly a pleasant workspace with people often trying to include you and make more friends.
Very well organised - I was always offered support.
If I was interested in training and had the time to complete it, very always approved it. Exceptional for training.

Extremely appealing as the people are so lovely and the company clearly cares about its employees. The only thing would be whether I chose not to do process engineering (which is what I actually study).
The Culture
Not really as people lived all over, but things have been organised.
Cost of living was reasonable/relatively expensive as I lived in the city of Birmingham.
The nightlife in my area of work seems to be quite dull as the location is a business park.
Yes, there was an office society and someone organising outside events.
