The Role
It was a great opportunity to be given so much experience. I was sad to leave and would love to go back!
I am still in touch with them, they helped me to develop hugely and supported me throughout the year.
My supervisor was great, he gave me the opportunity to manage myself while being able to ask the questions I needed to.
I was busy during the year.
I was given much more responsibility than I had anticipated which had showed me I could achieve than I thought I could.
The work ethic and professional approach have helped me massively.
The Company
The team were great full of life, if a team member had a tight deadline, then the team would respect that. But everyday was great fun. I could have not asked for a better team!
Ran very smoothly as the previous intern was in charge with much of the transfer, as I was for my replacement.
I was taken along to high level meetings to give me a better understanding, I went on lots of engaging training courses throughout the year.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
I would love to return to The Walt Disney Company
The Culture
There were 108 interns to socialize with, as well as my team that went for regular evenings out.
Was standard prices for London.
There are good pubs and bars, would move on in to town for clubbing.
There were loads, football, yoga and pretty much everything else you can imagine.
