    • The manager and team provided extensive feedback, both positive and negative, allowing for numerous opportunities to build on one's strengths and improve one's weaknesses during the course of the internship.

    • The internship provided ample opportunity to work on projects that would add value to the team and ultimately improve the client experience, early on into the role.

    • The e-learning sessions, line-of-business specific teach in series, senior speaker series and the continuous mentorship/feedback from one's manager and team ensured a number of skills could be developed and enhanced during the internship.

    • The internship was incredibly well-structured with the opportunity to initiate one-on-one sessions to understand a business area from colleagues, engage in networking opportunities with team leads & other interns as well as participate in team meetings.
