The Role
The manager and team provided extensive feedback, both positive and negative, allowing for numerous opportunities to build on one's strengths and improve one's weaknesses during the course of the internship.
The internship provided ample opportunity to work on projects that would add value to the team and ultimately improve the client experience, early on into the role.
The e-learning sessions, line-of-business specific teach in series, senior speaker series and the continuous mentorship/feedback from one's manager and team ensured a number of skills could be developed and enhanced during the internship.
The Company
The internship was incredibly well-structured with the opportunity to initiate one-on-one sessions to understand a business area from colleagues, engage in networking opportunities with team leads & other interns as well as participate in team meetings.
