The Role
The placement as a generalized scheme. It covered sales, marketing, and provides great opportunity to develop customer service skills. There is good opportunity to develop and progress. The hours were very long, with up to twelve hour days however the days always go really quick as there is always something to do.
I felt very valued by my colleges, they were very supportive and put in large amounts of time to ensure that I was comfortable and they were keen for me to progress. They gave regular feedback and everyone got on well and supported each other throughout, a good social scene.
I was well supported throughout the time.
Days were very busy however they went by very quickly.
Large amount of responsibility was delegated.
Large amount of responsibility with sales and service. Chances to be responsible for an area of a branch e.g. reporting service updates to the area.
The Company
Good fun, very tightknit group everyone got on well.
Very well, training week and then into the branch.
Training week before starting and then lots of on the job training.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Lots of opportunity to progress.
The Culture
Training group provides a good social group and support network.
London so expensive.
London so good.
Not that I was aware of.
