The Role
It was good fun - all the employees were really nice and supported me when I needed help. The hours were exhausting however, I worked from 7:30 in the morning until 18:30 but with the job using both driving and office work, the time did go quicker than I thought it would.
Everyone was happy to help when I needed it. The management supported me and my branch manager took me out for lunch a few times, which helped to make me feel more valued.
lots of support - always help is there if you need it
SO busy! I was in a busy branch, quite often short staffed
A lot, I had responsibility of sales and service and a marketing account
I have increased my confidence and interpersonal skills - both of which will help me with my degree and career
The Company
Everyone loved eachother and helped eachother out - but we did not go out for drinks often at all
great training week which was so enjoyable and the branch were ready for me when I came
They gave us a week of training at the start then each 2 weeks my manager sat down with me to go over it
really good and you get loads of support to help progress
The Culture
not really - we met at training but haven't seen eachother since
I lived my parents so not applicable
I worked in sidcup - there are a few bars but that's it
