The Role
It was a great experience, I learned so much and in such a short time. I've met so many people and everyone was so friendly and willing to help.
I felt very valued, my views and opinions were taken into consideration and I was held in the same regard as the full time members of staff. My manager put a lot of confidence and trust into me and always praised me for doing well.
My manager and assistant managers were great, they were always willing to help and always gave me praise and recognition for the hard work I was doing.
Extremely busy. We were short staffed so all had to work very hard and were really busy with the Fringe Festival
I was given quite a lot of responsibility, I was training new start MT's when they arrived and was trusted to deal with sections of the business by myself.
It helped me to understand what it takes to manage and run a business in a fast paced environment.
The Company
The atmosphere and environment was great everyone was so friendly and helpful. The office banter was good and made the long hours easier.
I fell as though I was listened to and helped along the way with anything that I didn't understand. My manager checked in on me regularly to ensure I was coping and understanding everything.
Company Car
Very appealing to come back after ive completed uni.
