The Role
I had such a great time during my summer internship and people in JPM are so helpful, friendly, supportive and open. Moreover, we had many different social events to network with not only seniors but also interns in other divisions as well.
My team was very supportive, positive, and helpful to me. The culture was amazing. I felt highly valued by my team. Also, I was given responsibility to many different meaningful work, which I enjoyed the most
My manager was very supportive and helpful in giving me guidance, weekly feedback, and also providing trainings. She also made sure that I was making contribution in my team
My work was never repetitive, which intrigued me the most. I never felt overwhelmed or bored during my internship. Also my workload had a good balance
I was given lots of responsibility to many different work, which I was really impressed as I was still an intern. I believe that my work contributed value to my team, and for the last five weeks I was having presentations with my team and seniors as well.
I have improved so many skills, from soft skills to technical aspects after the internship
The Company
Friendly, Supportive, Approachable, Business Casual Dress Code
The summer internship programme was very well organised. We had many different networking events and training sessions. As I have mentioned above, the interns were treated very well and respectfully
During the ten week summer internship, we had training sessions not only about technical skills, but introductions to different divisions/team within the firms. Therefore I truly believe that JPMorgan highly invests in interns

I am thrilled to be offered the full-time Graduate Analyst after the summer internship and I do look forward coming back to the bank next year after my graduation. Since there are many employees in JPMorgan started their careers at the bank as interns, the bank is really good at nurturing talents.
The Culture
We got along very well, some of them are now my close friends. We also often socialised after work. Besides, we also had social events to network with other interns in different divisions. Moreover, I regularly had night outs with my team as well, which was a good way to get to know my teammates better
To be fair London in general and Canary Wharf in particular is quite expensive to socialise. Some places are overpriced when it comes to its qualities. However, JPMorgan pays its interns really generously and also provides relocation bonus when moving to London, which makes the cost of living is affordable
There are many pubs, bars, and restaurants in Canary Wharf, which makes the nightlife (during weekdays) is boisterous. But during weekend it is quite boring and dull
