Campus Brand Manager Review

It was a highly enjoyable insight, in which the office itself was in an amazing location which made it enjoyable. All the employees are friendly and welcoming and are keen to make everyone feel welcome. The activities planned for us were enjoyable and enthralling which made the insight unique and highly enjoyable

I felt valued throughout my time at Danone since I was treated like a normal employee and not just an intern. I was given the opportunities to speak and network with other employees. Furthermore, I was given responsibilities throughout my time at Danone which gave value to me.

I was given a lot of support throughout my time at Danone. All the employees were always there and offered plenty of support and guidance. Detail was also in depth and any questions were quickly and efficiently answered.

I received very good skills in teamwork and marketing. In particular, I learnt how to work with strangers in an environment unknown to me. Furthermore, Danone taught me how to plan ahead and organise events, something that is very useful with my degree.

The insight was very well structured. Prior to the insight, we received a lot of information and the agenda for the insight. Any forms required to be filled out were sent and it was clear what needed to be done. During the insight we stuck to the agenda and were always busy.

The atmosphere was exciting and vibrant at all times. Everyone was friendly and wanted to work hard, which made it a nice place to work at. In particular, the unique culture of Danone made the insight brilliant for me.

Danone invested very well with training and development. During my time at the insight, we undertook several team building exercises in order to get to know everyone I would be working with. Furthermore, the HR team was very good and we undertook personality tests, which were highly engaging and interesting to find out how we work.

The company made it very clear what future jobs they offered as well as the application process for the internship and graduate jobs.

It was very good to understand the company culture, in which Danone has a unique and amazing culture. The relaxed and open plan office space made it very clear that Danone takes a chilled, yet hard working culture. Furthermore the abundance of fruit and water, alongside posters show how Danone promotes healthy living.

It was very valuable since the day explained what Danone offered for future jobs. We had an opportunity to speak to people who worked in each individual sector to understand fully the roles of each job. Through speaking to employees at Danone it was a lot easier to understand about the different sectors that Danone offers aside from those advertised on the website.

The networking opportunities were fun and chilled, in which we could casually talk to a range of different people. I really liked them.

Employees at Danone made it very clear what working at Danone offers outside of work. It would appear that Danone has an abundance of opportunities which makes it such a good company to work for.

I would highly recommend it as it was very valuable and I learnt a lot from it.
