The Role
The work was difficult at times but overall the atmosphere and people were very nice.
In a Markets role it’s difficult to add value to the team due to regulation
Everyone was very helpful in terms of guidance and support in the role.
Generally busy on a daily basis which meant the day went a lot quicker than you would expect given the long hours.
Again, being in markets you can’t directly talk to clients and it’s difficult to add value so the level of responsibility was low given the nature of the role
N/A as I have completed my degree
The Company
Very enjoyable, everyone was very friendly
The structure of the internship was very good with a week’s training at the beginning and ongoing events to provide more insight to the company and the role.
People at every level we’re willing to help my development, even the most senior roles which shows a high level of investment in my development
