  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • The work was difficult at times but overall the atmosphere and people were very nice.

    • In a Markets role it’s difficult to add value to the team due to regulation

    • Everyone was very helpful in terms of guidance and support in the role.

    • Generally busy on a daily basis which meant the day went a lot quicker than you would expect given the long hours.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?

    • Again, being in markets you can’t directly talk to clients and it’s difficult to add value so the level of responsibility was low given the nature of the role

    • Very enjoyable, everyone was very friendly

    • The structure of the internship was very good with a week’s training at the beginning and ongoing events to provide more insight to the company and the role.

    • People at every level we’re willing to help my development, even the most senior roles which shows a high level of investment in my development
