The Role
Great people, good business area with still a lot of room for improvements. Feel like a start-up mindset but a huge comapany
Work hard and smart and they will recognize your efforts and results from day one
Managers, Team leaders, Line managers all super friendly and available for helping Don't be afraid of for reaching out to them
If you organise well enough, you can easily have at least 1 or 2 hours everyday for shadowing, work on other projects, leave early and do sports
A lot of ownership in projects and ideas, this means responsibility
Learned a lot of Finance which I though I already knew deeply...
The Company
Perfect
Everything was set up in details and definitely in advance.
A lot of training, responsibility and growing opportunities everyday at evrytime. Just need to catch them and don't be afraid
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Very good as broad at the beginning and after the chance to narrow down in your areas of interest. Also possible exposure to different business areas if interested
The Culture
Until 10pm then nothing
