  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Could not recommend it more I had an amazing summer and learnt so much.

  • By the end I was a fully functioning member of the team and I felt like my work actually made a material difference.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • I never was left at my desk feeling overwhelmed or like I could not do the job that was set. It was very easy to ask questions when needed.

  • Extremely busy, there was always work to be done.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I was given a lot of responsibility and by the end I was performing tasks independently without much senior oversight.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • I am yet to return to my degree so am not sure of this.

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • It was a very comfortable atmosphere and I felt confident walking around the office.

  • The HR team do a great job making sure the whole internship runs smoothly.

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • I was amazed and the quality and quantity of training that JP provide, I doubt anywhere else compares.

  • Company Parties/Events

  • There is a clear career path which provides a promising future.

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • I made some great friends and we were given chances to socialise outside of work at scheduled intern events. There was also time to catch up day to day whilst working on the desk.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Very expensive but that is just the nature of london.

  • Lots of good bars and pubs in and around the area.
