The Role
Could not recommend it more I had an amazing summer and learnt so much.
By the end I was a fully functioning member of the team and I felt like my work actually made a material difference.
I never was left at my desk feeling overwhelmed or like I could not do the job that was set. It was very easy to ask questions when needed.
Extremely busy, there was always work to be done.
I was given a lot of responsibility and by the end I was performing tasks independently without much senior oversight.
I am yet to return to my degree so am not sure of this.
The Company
It was a very comfortable atmosphere and I felt confident walking around the office.
The HR team do a great job making sure the whole internship runs smoothly.
I was amazed and the quality and quantity of training that JP provide, I doubt anywhere else compares.
Company Parties/Events
There is a clear career path which provides a promising future.
The Culture
I made some great friends and we were given chances to socialise outside of work at scheduled intern events. There was also time to catch up day to day whilst working on the desk.
Very expensive but that is just the nature of london.
Lots of good bars and pubs in and around the area.
