The Role
Was fun, but some of the work was a bit boring. However this is expected as an intern.
Colleagues were very nice and friendly, great team.
Fantastic guidance and support from my line manager.
Very very busy, a lot of work to do
Given quite a bit of work, and others depended on the projects I worked on
A lot of great skills, learnt a lot from the team and my manager.
The Company
Great fun, a lot of banter, well balanced
Great, well structured, however some processes could have been done better, like how other banks do it.
A fair bit of personal development, but more could have been done.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Got a job with them
The Culture
It was very good with some colleagues, not completely throughout though.
Very expensive
Not amazing
Worked long hours, didn't get to get too involved
