The Role
I have very much enjoyed my placement! Everyone have been absolutely amazing and I have enjoyed ever part of it. The job itself has been very exciting and always stuff happening, and the people you work with are like family and best friends! All so kind and always having a good laugh.
My colleagues have been amazing, they have been so kind and understanding and helpful, from other interns to branch manager they have all been very willing to help me learn and also be my friends and have a nice time. I feel that they would all step up and help in any situation.
At busy times it could be difficult as a lot of them where out driving and delivering etc. However they have never once said no to helping me and even on very busy days someone will step up and help despite the situation. Both managers, assistant managers and Interns have all helped me and will also happily do so.
Some days you can be very busy and some days quieter but it never gets boring or tiring, I also find everyday is fun working here. If you are not very busy it’s a perfect time to catch up on folder work and other office admin stuff. Busy days fly by and are always fun and exciting
For only have been at enterprise for 3 months I was given a lot of responsibility but also not too much so I wasn’t overloaded. I was given a few captain roles that I where completely incharge of but also had guidance and help if needed. It was a very good balance of getting responsibilities but also not too much
I can honestly say that I have learnt skills I will always take with me and use a lot of my uni degree as well as in the future for work. Skills such as leadership and training others, team worker and customer service and sales are ones I have improved the most and especially how to deal with tricky situations
