The Role
It was everything I wanted it to be and more!
Everyone was interested in my opinion and eager to have me involved.
There was always support if I needed it for anything and my manager and mentor were gave me support throughout the year with regular meetings.
It varied throughout the year, but if was ever in need of more work I could always ask and I was able to get involved with another project.
I had a lot more responsibility than I ever thought, with engaging with customers and planning large scale events that were seen by the leadership team.
The skills and experience I have had over the year will massively help with my degree and beyond because I have real world experience to use as examples.
The Company
The culture was in Microsoft was incredible, everyone is very welcoming and always willing to help.
Very well organised, a lot of thought had gone into our on boarding time before we had even arrived.
I received monthly training as well as part of the internship 10% of time is dedicated to personal development meaning I was able speak to people around the organisation about bettering my experiences.

The Culture
Yes, as we were around 50 there was activities throughout the year planned by our comity as well as events planned by us individually.
Reading isn't the cheapest to live, but it's well worth it being so close to London and you can get a good deal if you look around.
Good!!
Yes plenty.
