The Role
Better than I could have ever possibly imagined
I was given incredible opportunity, but I belive you earn your own responsiblities by working hard and smart.
My team always gave me 100%
I was always kept busy every day but that was a personal choice... I involved myself in plenty of stretch projects during my placement
I was able to present my work to several directors and had input in stategic business decisions
This for me was a business placement and my degree is mathematics. It is difficult to transfer the skills I learned into my course for obivous reasons but i developed a host of skills which will make me more employable in the future.
The Company
It's in inclusive environment for all backgrounds and cultures.
Placement was heavily dependant on your manager. I had a great relationship with mine which meant I could pick and choose my projects. However, this was not alwasy the case for other interns.
I had immesne support.
