The Role
I’ve learnt a lot, I value the time I had and how much I’ve progressed.
Loved it and I felt extremely valued. You’re able to contribute to projects and make a difference.
Lots of support around. When you need it just ask, it’s up to you to take the initiative to do so.
Peaks and troughs but overall yes! Plan your time and push yourself.
Personally I was given more and more as I progressed.
There are learning rescourses everywhere. Formal inductions do take place but if you want to know more it’s down to you to do it
The Company
Professional but enthusiastic office. A large corporate company where many love their job.
Very well organised, from the day I arrived until the day I left
I don’t think it’s about them investing in you. You need to show you want to progress and develop then they will help.
There’s lots of room for future job prospects and movement within the company
The Culture
There is no social scheme between students. The social environment means it’s not necessary
The midlands was one of the most affordable areas I would say.
Commute to Birmingham or Leicester if not there’s pubs nearby
Not organised as such but definitely opportunities within the teams
