The Role
I really enjoyed my placement, I was given lots of varied work to do and felt valued. The company invested a lot of time into the interns and making sure they felt part of the team.
I felt very valued by my colleagues, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. People took the time to explain the work and get you involved in lots of projects.
I was given a huge amount of guidance and support by my supervisors, they were always there when I needed to ask for help.
I was usually pretty busy, every now and then I could have done with having a bit more work. At the beginning I didn’t have much work but by the end of the internship I had lots to keep me busy.
I was given a good amount of responsibility for my experience. I felt like it was run at a good pace, being increased as I learnt more.
I learnt some very useful skills that I am sure I will use for when I go back to work in a similar field.
The Company
The office was really great, a good level of fun activities organised every so often and cakes every week brought in.
Very organised and ran very smoothly. I had no problems.
I felt like they invested a lot in me.
Company Parties/Events
I got a job offer from them and I have accepted it.
The Culture
There was a good social scene, in particular between the colleagues, the interns we spread throughout the office more so harder to keep in contact with them, but everyone very friendly. Lots of socials organised by the company for the teams.
