About You
KPMG was a great place to work because it taught me lots about how to deal with customer service which helped me to grow as a person and to therefore gain more experience for the future. It was a fantastic experience shadowing workers in a top international banking firm. I had a very good time.
It was a very enjoyable experience. I got to learn more about the business. I was made aware of the different opportunities available to me. I had the chance to speak to staff from different areas of the business and learn more about their job role. Everyone treats each other with respect.
All staff I met there were friendly and helped me to the best of their ability, although I was only there for a weeks work experience, it was great to see how the business ran and how great all staff members worked with each other. They showed a lot of affection towards me.
You will love to work with good and highly skilled people. People are nice, work culture is great, not much restriction. Easy to reach people, Lots of opportunities to explore, multiple skills you can developed. Most people here are self driven and know what needs to be done, enjoy their jobs and get on with it.
The Company
It was a an excellent learning experience. I learnt the practicality of my discipline. I saw how mistakes can make serious implication for the establishment. I undestood the importance of diversity and personality differences. Nice growth, good culture, excellent opportunities to meet new people, very understanding staff. It was on the whole very well structured.
KPMG are a great company to work for, varied workload, exciting opportunities, good training programmes, nice offices, good performance management system in place, lovely people and networking groups. Culture was very work driven but there was always laughs going on in the workplace to keep things lively. Really want to go back.
The environment was very easy to work in and helped me feel comfortable and calm when dealing with tasks. The management team were very helpful when i became stuck on a task and advanced my problem solving skills and my technological skills. They definitely put a lot of time and effort in making my time there worthwhile.
The workplace is encouraging and provides ample learning opportunities for growth. Working in KPMG gives you the opportunity to collaborate with different companies and get in touch with people who hold high levels of company management. The work is challenging and provides value addition to one's resume, KPMG being one of the Big four audit firms.
The work culture is the idea of work hard, play hard. KPMG is a fantastic company to work for. I would recommend them to anyone. It is what you make it. If you want to advance you'll have all the opportunities you want to learn new things and branch off into different avenues.
KPMG is a really nice place, with nice facilities. When you go in, it seems like them businesses you see in the TV and it makes you feel great. The toilets are always clean. The people at KPMG are really nice, even security and receptionist. KPMG is also a fun place to be.
