The Role
It was a truly welcoming culture. The colleagues are friendly and very helpful. The integration was fast even though the company is very big.
There are weekly meetings with the manager where you can ask for feedback or address your points of concern, or just share your progress on the milestones. There is also a lot of interaction with the HRs throughout the internship, who are giving useful tips to make the best out of this summer experience.
It depends on the line of business and the team composition, but normally the hours are balanced.
The Company
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The environment is very diverse and open.
We had the opportunity to access a lot of online trainings, we had a separate class in excel, and were offered to learn special tools and attend teaching presentations.
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
The Culture
A bit overpriced, but very well equipped.
