The Role
Everyone at Enterprise is so friendly, I have made some friends for life.
You will never be afraid to ask questions, managers at every level are so approachable and are willing to help to with personal goal and career progression. they are always there to provide support and guidance when it is needed
It is a fast paced job, there is always something to do but it makes the day go quickly.
You are given responsbility from day one, its an autonomous role, hands on and you learn by getting involved. Don't be afraid to make mistakes as the support is always there if you need it.
