The Role
I really enjoyed the internship because I got a chance to work on a project that gave me a chance to learn a lot. Moreover, I met many great people and learnt a lot from them too.
My team was great and I loved the fact that I could approach senior team members (EDs) without hesitation. All my colleagues provided a lot of valuable feedback which helped me improve.
My supervisor was great! He helped me out whenever I faced issues and ensured I had a good time at JPMorgan. He was always willing to discuss different ideas and approaches to solve a problem. Moreover, he provided a lot of tips that really helped me throughout the internship.
I was really really busy because the project involved a lot of extra research and studying up on my behalf. I must say this isn't a negative because I learnt a lot in the process but it would have been great to find a balance between work and play.
I was given a lot of responsibility. I led the project from start to end and regularly met my clients to discuss the progress.
I believe this platform allowed me to express the skills I learnt at university and at the same time build up on new skills that I was not able to learn at uni. The work is great and I believe it is challenging which means it allows an individual to grow.
The Company
It was relaxed as I could approach anyone and learn about what they were working on without hesitation.
I think it was quite good as we had quite a few parties with all the interns and also lots of talks from seniors.
I must say the HR team was great and they organised a lot of sessions where we learnt about the different facets of the company.

Very good - There is a great focus on Technology and this is great as it opens a lot of doors.
The Culture
Yes.
I was living near uni, so not sure about the cost of living near work but socialising was on the upper side.
Great.
Definitely - you can join many sports teams and societies within the company.
