The Role
I had a great year where I was challenged and upskilled throughout the year in a friendly team.
There was no difference to me compared to grad or any other colleague which is something that I found great and made me feel valued
The training structure was great and I felt I always had someone to talk to. This improved my work drastically as I learnt off senior colleagues.
I was really busy and always felt like I had diffent projects where I was making a positive difference
I was trusted in leading and presenting key projects to key clients such as directors by the end of my placement.
I learnt valuable coding skills and drastically improved my communication and time management skills throughout the year
The Company

Very I was offered a graduate roll which I'm very happy about
The Culture
There's a great culture with graduate events encouraging socialising
I lived in west London which was great for socialising but if you wanted cheaper living expenses you could live in stains
Around the office there isn't much but in 20 minutes you can be in central London (Paddington)
My team would regularly go for drinks or other activities such as an escape room after work
