The Role
It was challenging, extremely rewarding & mind opening. It was a wonderful year where I grew a lot as a person as well as professionally. These are skills I'll carry with me for the rest of my life.
They took me in as part of the family, mentored me and supported me from day one. I'm forever grateful for how my immediate team supported me work wise and personal life if ever need be.
I was always given support and guidance.
There was a great work/life balance so you always had something to do, there was never a time I didn't have a project on or a responsibility on my back. This kept the days going and kept me productive most importantly. Not a bad word to say.
TONS! Due to company changes etc I was given more and more work to do, which was amazing. I led my own activations, shoots and projects. It was extremely rewarding. Once I earned my stripes and the trust of my colleagues, the rest was as they say history.
I can't even put it into words. I have skills for life.
The Company
It's unlike any other office I've worked in - it's like a campus vibe, open desks, collaborative spaces, you can talk to anyone and there isn't a corporate vibe which helps you settle in.
My team organised it well and it showed from the responsibility and tasks I was given.
All the way. I feel valued, respected and that I have a place to return to whenever I need to.
