  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I really loved my time at Cushman's doing work experience - from the first day I was given real work to do and was instantly made welcome to everyone within the team I was working in.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?

    • I could have had more people introduce themselves to me and make me feel welcome. Throughout my time I met most of the people on the floor and many senior people offered, and did, sit down with me to talk through what they did to me.

    • I was explained everything properly and everyone took their time to talk me through what I needed to do for them when given work.

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • Going on to do my Master's that September after the work experience, it gave me an understanding of a lot of areas within Property that I didn't understand before.

    • The insight was structured really well in that I was given different work from various areas of the business and team I was working in.

    • The team I worked with were really encouraging of me joining in and being a part of the team. Really fun and lively.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • They really invested in me in helping me understand what I would achieve in a career as a surveyor, and helped me to make up my mind in persuing this career. The company invested in me in guiding me how to apply to their grad scheme and by fast tracking me following on from my performance in my experience

    • I fully was immersed as a member of the team whilst I was at Cushman's - I was given responsiblity from the first day, with a large to do list. There was no pointless tasks I was given to just try and fill the time, it was all real work.

    • My work experience at Cushman's helped me see that this was the career I wanted to persure and then aim to get a job with them because I enjoyed it so much.

    • There are many various sports teams within the company, as well as groups such as Women in Property that was I spoken to about.
