The Role
work culture and work environment is great; would have liked to have more structured work placement and goals for the placement
It was initially really hard because I am an "experienced" intern so initially the team was not aware of my skills or my background so the initial task were more trivial. This did change later though
There is so much moral support from my supervisor and from management. Guidance initially could have been a bit better
Very busy but not overwhelming
Not too much
I have learned a lot on how to better structure my storyline and to strategise my time
The Company
Not too organised but this is due to a lot of changes in the company
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
There is no formal internship program or graduate scheme so the possibilities are low however if you prove yourself they will try to work with you to find something else or help you in any way
The Culture
Yes, great, they treat you as one more colleague during your placement and it is easy to integrate
Like the rest of london
There are some great bars nearby
Yes, there are some opportunities to volunteer and also to socialise as well as developing your skillset
