The Role
Really enjoyed my time at JNB. People was really nice and helpful.
Yes I did by everyone. I was made to feel like a part of the team straight away.
I was given countless support by my line manager who helped me all the way through my placement.
Very busy but was a manageable work load.
I was given some real responsibility throughout my placement but more so towards the last half of it.
I have taken away some real life skills and already the things I have leant from my placement has helped me in my final year.
The Company
I was hardly in the office as was a site based roll and was working on the frontline of the projects. The atmosphere on site and office was great.
Yes everything was ready for me on my first day and I knew what was planned out for me during my placement.
JN Bentley really did invest a lot of time in me as a person. They really did take the time to break down everything so I knew the full process of why we do things and ways in which I can do it.
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Yes I would without a doubt return to JNB after I graduate.
The Culture
Yes I was always invited out to things.
I was in a house share with other placement students that went to JNB. When you start you are asked if you want join a WhatsApp group with other placement students to see who wants to house share for the year.
Really good for the area we was in
Yes always stuff going on outside of work that you can join. We all get a email when thing are happening to invite everyone.
