The Role
Overall, my placement at JN Bentley was very enjoyable, but challenging at the same time.
At Bentley's you are given a lot of responsibility. I received the recognition I deserved from my line manager and senior management as I got stuck in to various projects.
I was given adequate support from management.
I was never there to make the brews! Although, I did my fair share! In all fairness, I was very busy throughout my placement and enjoyed working hard to manage my workload.
Lots of responsibility.
Doing a placement year has set me up for life post-graduation. I now know what to expect when entering a professional environment.
The Company
Pretty good. I spent a mix of my time on site and in the office so that was good.
Very well... I was given a placement handbook on my first day and pursued to fill that out with my line manager throughout my placement.

The Culture
5-a-side football on a Wednesday was something I enjoyed. Members in the office were always out and about doing different things, in which, i was always invited.
