The Role
Very much so
Treated very well like a full time member of staff
My manager/managers cared about my development
Quite busy sometimes very busy. Was a good balance
For an internship quite a lot of responsibility
Very helpful
The Company
The magic of Disney was apparent in the workplace. Marked down as a restructure made morale a bit low for a while but in general brilliant
Previous interns get involved and use previous experience to set up the role as good as possible
The offer was always there I did not utilise it as much as I could have
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Healthcare/Dental
Would love to but there is not a graduate recruitment program which is a shame
The Culture
It was there but I prefered to go out with full time staff
London is so expensive it made me feel sick being ripped off all the time.
If got the tube a few stops the nightlife wasgood but expensive
Always something going on
