The Role
It was an enjoyable experience. I met new people from all around the world during the San Francisco Interns Summit. My colleagues were really friendly and easy to work with.
Everyone in my team valued and listen to my opinions and ideas. It was very collaborative and friendly work environment.
I think I was given the same responsibility as other employees as the project that I was working on were meaningful for the business.
My technical skills improved which directly transferred into my day to day life as a student studying Software Engineering. In addition, I gained valuable presentation skills throughout my internship.
The Company
The atmosphere in the office was quite chill. Everyone one was friendly and happy to offer help.
Visa has a great online resource for learning. We also had opportunities to develop our presentation skills. Overall, I would say that Visa cares about its employees self-development.
