The Role
I was given a lot of responsibility and it was hard work, but with this I was also given a lot of guidance, opportunities and an unforgettable experience which overall made me really enjoy my job.
My colleagues were very hard working but they made you feel part of the team and gave me various responsibilities which showed how valued a team member I was.
The team were extremely busy but they made a point of going through tasks with you and guiding you throughout them or if they tried to make you more independent in a task they would give support when needed.
I was always busy with a long list of things to do but that was the nature of the role I was in and the whole team were also just as busy. I didn't mind this too much as I liked the fast-paceness and it encouraged me to finish my tasks more efficiently.
They gave me more and more responsibility as my internship went on.
The skills and training will be invaluable to me, they have already helped me in my final year and in my short term placement. I feel as though I have a greater understanding of the industry I am studying in and the practical aspects of it and how to act and work in the working environment.

In the industry i study we are advised to gain experience in different areas and work in agencies as well as in-house therefore I would apply for a job elsewhere first.
The Culture
There were a lot of interns at Disney which was great for socialising, I also socialised on various occasions with my team.
As i was in London the cost was quite expensive.
The nightlife in London was amazing, there are so many different places to go with different genres of music and people. Where I worked there was a bar at the end of the complex where a lot of the company went, especially on a Friday.
Where we worked there was a company that put on events and sports tournaments.
