About You
To be honest I loved the insight because it was an opportunity to step out of my comfort zone and be more confident in networking events.
I received extreme support from both Barclays bankers but also from the other Spring Interns which is something I did not expect. All of them were easily approachable and happy to share their knowledge.
The Company
The insight was extremely well structured allowing us to get a glimpse into banking. I believe that spending a separate day in banking and in trades made it easier to understand the different divisions and find what the role we are interested in.
The atmosphere was amazing and I loved the fact that you could learn something every single moment. A unique experience that will definitely help me in the future
From the first moment I understood that Barclays is different in terms of culture compared to its competitors. Everyone stressed out that people are always approachable and willing to help.
