About You
Had a variety of activities, but all are very engaging! Really enjoyed meeting people there, and they were all very open to share their advice and experiences.
I feel that Barclays invested their resources in this spring week, and it is definitely very helpful in developing life skills and findingy career.
There were always recruiters near us to answer any question we may have.
I think I’ve learned a lot from group work and soft skills workshops.
The Company
Very clear structure, but I would have enjoyed it more if the program were slightly longer.
Supportive recruitment team and interesting activities really make the atmosphere very positive.
Barclays really invested in training the spring interns, both soft and hard skills.
There were many opportunities to network and meet people who are working full time. They were all very kind in sharing their experiences.
You can really feel that people really believe in the Barclays value. They bring a lot of passion and energy to their work.
The content allowed me to understanding the banking sector, but more importantly, it helped me understand how I could fit in the industry.
Everything Else
The accommodation and travel expense was paid. There was additional compensation as well.
There were a lot of opportunities and activities to work with full time employees.
A lot of networking to meet senior managers at Barclays, which helped me to understand the long term career aspect before deciding to for which role to interview.
There were panel focusing on diversity and networking session to find out what life outside work would be like.
Fruitful and engaging experience, I will definitely recommend it to friends and colleagues. I will also recommend other opportunities at Barclays and share my spring experience.
