  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • It was very informative and engaging. I spent a lot of time networking whilst also learning alot about an industry which I would love you work in.

    • We were always the centre of attention and the amount of effort for us was amazing.

    • We received guidance from a plethora of speakers and learned a lot from them. They were free anytime we needed advice.

    • The networking skills and professional skills will do me very good in future endeavours.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • The insight was well structured but it felt rushed during some presentations and too long for others.

    • The atmosphere was enjoyable and relaxed to where it felt comfortable but still professional enough.

    • We had a talk from IDG about self improvement and a lot of the speakers had their thoughts on it.

    • It's shown be the company structure very well and who is who in the company.

    • It was very insightful in this regard as we met so many people and they told us about the company culture, then through the work shadowing.

    • I think I know what type of career I want to go into now after learning more about fintech and Barclays through the week.

  • 11. Were you paid or reimbursed adequately for this experience?

    • I didn't have many expenses and we were paid 250 pounds.

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?

    • There were opportunities to network with each other all the time and with company employees during the networking event and work shadowing.

    • They were very enjoyable in my opinion but we weren't given any tips before hand.

    • Yes through the graduate networking which was less formal we could ask these questions and find out.
