Glasgow Technology Spring Review

Every activity was really well explained and gave everybody a vast insight about Barclays Technology Glasgow. I enjoyed the fact that many of the speeches were interactive and some of them really challenging like the Eagle Labs team activities or the Tuesday teambuilding. It was better than I have ever expected.

After good networking sessions I got to know almost everybody and felt appreciated. The springers are open-minded and innovative. They encouraged me to be a better person and to make this week more entertaining and productive. Also, everybody valued my ideas and never felt like isolating myself or wanting to regret coming to this spring week.

Work shadowing sessions were really helpful. The shadowers showed what Barclays Technology does and explained everything thoroughly. Despite these sessions, every speaker tried to show us how Barclays can help us in our career. Overall, a lot of guidance was given and I felt like somebody really cared about my future.

The soft skills which I developed will definitely help me throughout studies. But the amount of information I got will truly guide me in my future career. All I learnt during this week gave me a really good idea about what I would actually want to do in my career.

Really good structured week where I developed my personality and I really felt engaged.

Legendary atmosphere. Way much better than I have imagined. Made me give the best out of me.

Fully invested with all kind of activities which developed both hard and soft skills.

The speakers opened the doors to us in firm and the shadowing sessions just served what we will be expected to do. It was a good way to understand the company.

The company's culture was shared by every person I encountered. A good a better sense of self-esteem and excellence.

It was really important that major aspects about this career were presented. In this way, I understood better what I would like to be.

Everything was in order and correctly done.

There were two networking sessions: one with senior employees and one with graduates. Moreover, there were two shadowing sessions. All of the above were really productive.

Very appealing and learnt more about the company.
