    • I felt the spring week gave me an insight into the firm, how it operates and the values.

    • I was treated well and felt like a part of the family.

    • I was supported and encouraged to ask questions and learn as much as possible. Everyone at the firm was willing to help.

    • Programme was well organised and really fun.

    • Atmosphere was fun, inspiring and really positive. Everyone was interesting and respectful as well.

    • The firm invested a lot of money into the programme from providing food, refreshment and accommodation.

    • The work shadowing session was really helpful and insightful. It gave me an insight into how working at Barclays is like.

    • I learned a lot about the culture during the spring week. The networking session was extremely useful for that.

    • Some transport fee was reimbursed and not all but I was paid a salary.

    • Yes there were 2 networking sessions throughout the programme.

    • Really good social events and everyone was so friendly.

    • Yes, some employees have football teams, others run a marathon and others enjoy exercising.
