About You
Had a great time, met some interesting people, learned a lot about the industry. Really enjoyed the program.
Amy and Katy were very attentive and made me feel comfortable and appreciated throughout the program.
Learned a lot about which technical skills are valued in industry, something that isn’t taught at uni.
The Company
Very well organized.
Everyone seemed to be comfortable and enjoying themselves.
Not that much training is possible in 5 days, but given the time frame, the company did as much as it could have done. (Many talks, shadowing sessions and team building activities).
Shadowing was very useful and allowed me to gain an insight into a Barclays employee’s day to day.
Again, shadowing was very useful for this.
Very useful as I had no previous exposure to the financial sector.
Everything Else
Several network sessions organized where I met people that occupied a range of jobs. Very well organized.
Everyone at the events was nice. Never did I feel intimidated or like I couldn’t be honest with them.
Found out about wakeboarding and other sports activities that were available to employees. Not much else aside from that though.
I had a lot of fun and learned a lot as well. I would absolutely recommend this to any of my friends.
