Spring intern Review

It was such an amazing experience, I'm very thankful to Barclays for giving me this opportunity, it was great to meet other people attending the spring week, they were all very inspiring to me. Moreover, Barclays employees gave me very useful insights about the company and helped me decide my future at Barclays.

I am stunned by seeing how much Barclays invested in me, everybody gave me a positive pressure to do my best.

Overall everyone was very available to me, even for particular requests I had. They were even encouraging us to exploit all the opportunities.

I consider this experience particularly valuable for the fact that now my ideas about the future are much more clear. I received so many advice about how continuing my study as well as my career.

I am really sincere when I say that everything was perfect, the organization was impeccable, the program itself covered a lot of different areas inside Barclays technology, and it wasn't just theoretical but also quite practical. The most interesting part was definitely the shadowing, which helped me decide which area I should apply for.

I found the atmosphere really inspiring in two ways. From my peers, because hearing about their experience gave me a lot of ideas, but also from Barclays employee's because they helped me understand how I want my future job to be like.
