About You
I thoroughly enjoyed the insight - it exceed my expectations making me feel both welcomed and challenge throughout the week.
I felt incredibly valued during the week. I was given lots of responsibilities and tasks to complete, working alongside the team. I saw how my work would be used within the business.
I received fantastic support during the week. From both my team, HR and all employees at Citi, I felt welcomed and able to ask any questions I had. If any problems occurred, I knew that it would be sorted out efficiently.
I believe from this programme I have gained skills for life. Not only have I developed my technical skills, I have developed my professionalism by working in a business environment.
The Company
Good structure to the week, being exposed to different aspects of the business. However, fixing the technological problem with computers to allow access to the system would improve the structure of the problem.
Atmosphere of everyday desk work, workshops and networking events has been excellent.
I feel that Citi invested in me heavily. The programme and organised events took great coordination and I feel privileged to be giving the opportunity to be apart of the programme.
I was highlighted to what a daily work life looked like at Citi. I did spend significant time learning and was restricted due to confidentiality and lack of knowledge, but felt I still grasped an understanding of what the full time roles do.
The culture of Citi shone through throughout the programme.
The insight helped me see more into my future career path. However, it may be beneficial to have a rotational day or presentation to understand more about other parts of Citi.
Everything Else
We were greatly encouraged to network with those within out team and the wider firm.
Given plenty of opportunities to talk with many people in a social environment.
From the volunteering programme to team trips, I was exposure to the activities offered at Citi.
