  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • Very much so - was extremely informative and provided me with information about the abning sector that I would not have known previously without participating in this insight week.

    • Extremely valued - a strong emphasis was placed on how much graduates and interns were an important part of Barclays

    • I received a lot of guidance and support - all members of staff here at Barclays were more than willing to answer any questions, and gave me contact details if I had any questions beyond spring week

    • I learnt how to develop my creativity and innovation skills on this week, and area which would not Nora may apply to my degree

    • Very well structured - no delays or waiting, and no periods where you felt you were not being challenged or informed enough

    • Very good - Barclays is a vibrant workplace with an extremely friendly atmosphere

    • They provided us with all the resources needed to be able to make the most of the spring week including expenses and lumch

    • It helped me understand what it would be like to work for Barclays full time, particularly through speaking to grad students who were open and honest

    • It helped me understand the companies culture a lot - the values Barclays held were explained and how they’re integrated into everyday life

    • Extremely - it has made working for a bank / Barclays an extremely viable option

    • We had all travel to and from university paid for and £250 expenses

    • Yes - we met with employees at all levels of the business
