About You
Absolutely great, perfect time length. There were a range of activities and tasks that we did that meant it was very engaging.
Everyone we met were so happy and willing to help. I really could see the time and effort HR had invested into the programme and that they really wanted to make sure we got the most out of the opportunity.
We were willing to ask questions wherever we felt necessary as there were always opportunities to ask questions. HR was always there if you needed anything.
My degree isn’t really related to finance so this question isn’t really relevant.
The Company
Very well structured, we received an itinerary of the week prior to arriving. First day was very introductory, the second was about banking, the third about markets and then the last was assessment and building on our knowledge of the week
Great atmosphere as Barclays has a really strong and great culture. It was a great environment to learn in.
I feel they invested as much as they could in us.
We had ample opportunities to speak to staff therefore we could really get an understanding of the job roles available and what they did.
It was very helpful as we met and engaged with people it was very clear that the culture is what people loved about the company and what had kept them there so long
Very we were given case studies which helped you understand what kinds of things you would be doing in the day.
Everything Else
An abundance. So many opportunity to meet people there was never an opportunity not to
Great, there were a range of employees who did different things that we were able to speak to.
We did, which was great to hear about as it gave an idea to things you can get involved with outside just work.
Definitely I had a great time and I can’t fault it
