About You
I very much enjoyed this insight into Operations. I would highly recommend this as you get to learn about the business and the businesses they support.
The company put a lot of time into ensuring that very minute is filled with insight, through a variety of methods.
You receive a lot of guidance in terms of what you personally what not in terms of what will benefit the company best.
Completing a project within a team is always of benefit when improving team skills.
The Company
Very well structured, an accompanying app was in use on the sprig week with our agenda's on it.
Not like the typical Spring weeks, very calm and friendly.
The firm invested a lot as we took a behavioural test to understand our social styles. Which helped us understand how one another function.
Lots of Chats with many people in different transaction cycles. Also a very interesting networking evening.
Yes going through the values and what they mean in a big group very much helped.
Very good as employees had exposure to other parts of the bank and were ultimately able to answer any questions around operations and other businesses
Everything Else
