About You
Very well organised, very fun. Everyone I met was very kind and had such lovely energy. The workshops and group exercises were especially fun, I could really see the amount of effort that went into it. Especially when we both got to learn and interact with current db graduates as well.
Especially during the work rotation, everyone I met really made a effort to explain things to me, answer my questions and asked me about myself. The talks from the speakers really showed that DB recognises new talents and want our input in the company.
All my questions were answered and everyone was very happy to help with any questions I had no matter how small.
The rotations really made me aware about the necessary skills needed to succeed as a employee, such as communication skills between various group of people.
The Company
It was clear that the week was very well organised and there was no glich ups. I would have wanted the schedules and 1st day requirements earlier so we are better prepared.
Absolutely incredible atmosphere. All the employees were so welcoming, kind and helpful. The other spring week attendees were also lovely.
The company gave some really well interview training and general competency training which was very appreciated.
The well-being panels were a really good insight into the life of a db employee. The work shadowing was just the right amount so that I could get a insight into different roles as well as seeing what it is like to work at db in general.
Very well explained presentation into DB values and cultures in the first day. The session was also interactive so it was quite fun also.
Although I have not yet made an exact decision on what I want to do, it has made me aware that it is ok to have a little bit of uncertainty because db offers so many different roles in technology.

There was lots of opportunities to network, with the other interns as well as senior employees. During the rotation, people were also happy to leave their emails so that we could stay in contact.
The events were really well organised. I would have preferred the senior networking to be in a bigger room as I found it difficult to talk and listen with so many people.
Yes, the well-being session provided a really good insight into this and it’s definitely something that attracts me to the company.
Very incredible opportunity to meet new people and get a taste of the industry.
