About You
I really enjoyed the insight as we got a chance to shadow a team within our division. I got exposed to what life is like as an analyst and the day to day jobs I’m that team.
I felt extremely valued by citi. We had a networking event with MD’s and VP’s who were extremely interested in the junior talent that are entering the bank and provided a great insight into th bank. We also had a networking event with junior analysts too which was great. Also on the desk I was responsible for taking notes on a call that actually helped the team. Even during the spring insight we were given responsibility in the team and I felt very valued.
HR were always there to help and answer any questions. Also the team were always happy to answer any questions related to work and the programmes offered at citi.
The Company
The insight was less structured but this was a great positive because we were given expose to the desk and the teams and we could arrange coffees in between.
Everyone on the floor was pleased and excited to have spring interns and each team dedicated an hour during the week to give us an insight into what their team within CMO did. There was a great atmosphere on the floor.
We got immediate expose to the desk with th work shadowing so it was great to se exactly the roles and work environment we would be working in if we joined the bank full time.
Really useful as you get a great feel of the bank from networking and speaking to lots of different people across that bank.
Everything Else
We had 2 great networking events one with seniors in th business like VP’s and MD’s and another one with junior analysts.
Yes I learnt about citi women and also about the annual tips the individual teams do.
Yes definitely.
